How to Enter

The CIPD People Management Awards 2019 are now open for entries!

Before submitting, download the entry kit, read the rules of entry, and top tips here

Once you have thoroughly read through the above, you're ready to submit! Just follow these simple guidelines:

  1. Click here to enter now.
  2. Register your details following the on-screen instructions.
  3. Choose the category/ies you wish to enter. Select the "Enter this category" button relative to your entry.
  4. Upload your written entry document (no more than two single sheets of A4 paper when printed and saved as PDF) along with support material. Images must be jpeg or .eps, minimum resolution should be 300dpi.
  5. Make sure you add a title for your entry in the "Project Title" field. If you are shortlisted, this name will be used at the Awards ceremony.
  6. Save your entry and if you wish to enter another category, repeat steps 3-6.
  7. Make your payment (see fees below) by credit card, cheque or you can request an invoice (you will need a PO number raised to Haymarket Media Group).
  8. Once your entry form has been uploaded, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Entry deadlines and fees

*fees are per entry only. This does not include tickets to the Awards night.

 

Entry fees for the early-bird entry 4 April deadline (you have until midnight to submit your entry)

  • CIPD Member - £320 + VAT
  • Non CIPD Member - £385 + VAT (to become a CIPD member click here)
  • SME rate (companies of 250 employees or less) - £195 + VAT
  • Michael Kelly outstanding student awards category - free

 

Entry fees for the final entry 11 April deadline (you have until midnight to submit your entry)

  • CIPD Member - £420 + VAT
  • Non CIPD Member - £485 + VAT (to become a CIPD member click here)
  • SME rate (companies of 250 employees or less) - £295 + VAT
  • Michael Kelly outstanding student awards category £100 + VAT (*this fee is the late entry fee only)

Please note: The Michael Kelly outstanding student awards are open to students that are currently studying or have successfully completed (since 1 January 2018) a recognised CIPD qualification at advanced, intermediate or foundation-level. All entrants need to have a current level of membership to enter.
