Melanie Green

Research Advisor, CIPD

 

Melanie joined the CIPD research team in 2017, and conducts research in a number of areas, including D&I and L&D. Recent work includes assessing the evidence on inclusion, and what works to build diversity at work. Prior to the CIPD, Mel worked as an HR practitioner in a technology organisation, working on a variety of HR initiatives, and has previously worked as a researcher in an employee engagement and well-being consultancy.
