Alex Stean

Alex is a Senior Reward professional with over 13 years' experience in managing large scale reward projects. Alex is currently Senior Reward Manager at Sainsbury's where she is responsible for the development and implementation of reward strategies for over 180,000 colleagues. Alex recently led the Reward workstream for 'Winning Teams', a project which won the CIPD Best Reward and Recognition Initiative in 2020.
