Emma Taylor

Emma joined Tesco in 2001 as part of the Graduate scheme. As part of her development, she completed a number of roles across the business including People Plan Manager, Great Place to Work Programme manager, Personnel Manager and People Director for UK Business Partnering. In 2018, Emma was appointed to her current role as People Director for UK & ROI Emma lives in Birmingham with her husband, Mark, and two young children, Freddie and Charlie.
