As well as an experienced international people generalist and consultant, Georgia has a proven track record in areas such as employer branding and employee experience, organisational design and development, project management and award winning large scale culture and organisational change programmes, working in recognised global organisations.  

Georgia is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development,  is a qualified coach and experienced facilitator and assessor.
