Janet Campbell

Janet is a commercially focussed HR Director with an extensive background background in transformative HR and people practices that deliver business performance and employee engagement.  She is currently HR Director at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal Delivery Authority.  

The Delivery Authority, as it is known, is the independent organisation responsible for designing and delivering the restoration work for the Houses of Parliament.  

Janet is also an experienced non-executive director.  

She currently sits on the Board People Committee for Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust and is the NED sponsor for Freedom to Speak Up matters.  

Also, she is a Trustee of NYJO, an arts education charity who provide nationwide learning and participation jazz programmes for teenagers and performance for young artists aged 18-26.  

Outside of work, Janet is an avid reader, active netball player, umpire, and coach; she also practices yoga on a weekly basis.
