I have worked in various roles in HR for 17 years within both the Charity and Housing sector.  

I'm currently the Head of HR for Midland Heart with responsibility for employee relations, engagement, diversity and wellbeing.  

I've worked for Midland Heart for 7 years; we are a Housing Association working in some of the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods to build and maintain high quality homes and strong communities for 70,000 customers
