With a passion for transforming the L&D agenda to drive learning experience to create measurable business impact, Jenny leads the learning experience and digital product team at Sainsbury's. 

Jenny is passionate about driving a user centred approach to learning and has successfully led a transformation towards blended learning at the BBC. 

Prior to a career in L&D, Jenny has worked in senior marketing, communications and product innovation roles. This wealth of experience created the foundations for shaping how Jenny works within the L&D sector: taking the principles of agile, audience understanding, user centred & intuitive design and effective communication campaigns to create brilliant learning experiences.
