With a passion for transforming the L&D agenda to create truly meaningful learning experiences which create measurable impact, I champion human centred, data driven experience design based in the pragmatism of the corporate world.  

Prior to joining Sainsbury's I co-led a L&D transformation programme at the BBC and have a varied background in marketing, communications and product innovation; a varied wealth of experiences which created the foundations for my approach to L&D.
