Jonny Gifford

Senior Advisor for Organisational Behaviour , CIPD

Jonny's work centres on conducting applied research in employment and people management and strengthening links between academia and practice. 

His research interests include job quality or 'good work', workplace conflict, and behavioural science insights into core HR areas such as recruitment, reward, performance management, ethical behaviour and wellbeing. He directs the annual CIPD Applied Research Conference and leads the CIPD's work on evidence-based practice.
