Louise Fischer

Louise is a former HR Director with experience in the UK and Internationally and she has operated at Board level in a number of roles. Louise is a former Chair of the CIPD board, having served for 12 years as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director. Louise currently sits as a Commissioner on the UK Low Pay Commission, is also a member of the Bar Tribunals and Adjudication Services and a Mentor for aspiring black women executives on the Solaris Executive Development Programme.
