Research Adviser , CIPD
Melanie joined the CIPD research team in 2017, developing the evidence base on key parts of people practice. Her research interests include inclusion and diversity and good work, and the people profession.
Prior to the CIPD, Melanie worked as an HR practitioner, working on a wide variety of people projects, and as a researcher in a wellbeing and engagement consultancy. She holds a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from University of Surrey.
