Michele Noble

Michele Noble is an End Point Assessment Executive at the CIPD. She has almost 20 years of experience working cross different teams. She has skills in qualifications accreditation and apprenticeship assessment practice. Includes experience of working on the development and operation of the apprenticeship end point assessment process, supported the Trailblazer Apprenticeship Employer group and also leading on standardisation events for  EPA Assessors. 

I am passionate about advocating apprenticeship as  see this is valuable route into the people profession and develops  the knowledge and skills needed for work.
