Natalie Horsfall

Natalie Horsfall is the Head of HR at Thomas Johnstone with experience across the public and private sectors. Starting her career as an HR Intern, she progressed through HR roles to leadership. Passionate about inclusive, high-performing workplaces and effective people practices, Natalie was recognised among the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction 2024.
