Natasha Rice

Natasha is the People Director for Reward at Tesco. Natasha is responsible for Tesco's reward strategy and all aspects of reward, benefits, pensions and international mobility. Over the last year she also led the review and implementation of Tesco's new performance management approach to support Tesco's new purpose and business strategy. She has worked in HR/reward for over 20 years across a broad range of large international organisations as both a consultant and in house, most recently at Rolls-Royce, Telefonica and Vodafone. In her spare time she plays the cello with the Kensington Symphony Orchestra.
