Rebecca Peters

Rebecca joined the CIPD research team in 2019, with experience as both a practitioner and a researcher in health and wellbeing at work. As a business psychologist, Rebecca has worked on a variety of research-driven projects and interventions with private and public sector clients. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology  and is passionate about bringing together research and practice throughout all the work that she does. 

She now leads on the People Profession Survey at the CIPD- an international survey which aims to capture an annual snapshot of the people profession and their views on the changing world of work.
