Roujin Ghamsari

An experienced leader and subject matter expert in HR & OD, Roujin held a number of senior leadership roles across the NHS and in the private sector. With a wealth of experience in HR & OD, she has a deep understanding of the challenges facing healthcare organisations today.  

Part of the senior leadership who developed the first ever 10 year plan for 'Future of HR & OD in the NHS', she was responsible for professional development of the 18,000 HR & OD professionals and driving capability across the healthcare national system. Recently, Roujin led the team responsible for setting up multiple mass vaccination sites across London, including the Science Museum and Westminster Abbey.

A subject matter expert, she has developed innovative solutions to complex people-related issues and has a passion for driving inclusive and diverse cultures and environments.
