Ben Jackson

Ben has spent 23 years working in talent acquisition and HR, on supplier side and in-house. He's been a Client Director and Commercial Director in RPO, was MD of an employer brand agency and has run in-house teams at the likes of Motorola, Capita and Deloitte. A long term interest in recruitment and HR technology led him in 2019 to found Cogency, a consultancy which works with major employers to optimise their people-centric systems and processes.
