Jemeela Quraishi

Jemeela is Programme and Systems Lead at the CIPD's new CIPD Trust, leading on the Trust's Accessing Work programmes. These programmes support people who traditionally face more barriers to work to help them get in and get on in work, by giving them access to the expertise of people professionals. This includes support for young people, those with lived experience of the criminal justice system, refugees and people wanting to return to work after a gap e.g. parents, older workers. Jemeela is also a Trustee for the Streatham Drop-In Centre, a charity supporting asylum seekers and refugees.
